Saw WHIP IT w/ the peeps and loved it, cute & more cute. A guy who plays one of the REFS was in the audience, in a refs jersey, and wore a fur coat. He ran around giving everyone in the audience high fives, and I'm pretty sure after the movie he bowed as everyone cheered and he yelled, "I WORE A FUR COAT TO THE MOVIES BITCH!" LOL. Who wants to go rollerskating? I know ADAM P. is down, he rips. Lets get downnnnnn. Northland baby....

i saw it yesterday and i thought it was supppperrrr cute too. it totally made me want to be a derby girl for halloween so i gotta get some skates and start practicing.

Kind of related, I think most of my bad taste in music can be seen as a direct connect to rollerskating rink music.

the rochester roller rink just got bought by some dude and now it's real lame, cuz i heard the old owner was like, taking innappropriate pics of young girls? lol
northland, where moodymann gets down, is my spot but with crime on the upturn, idk.
gotta find a new rink.

my bad I think it's actually called the great skate and it's Roseville- they have some nice signage that says "Hot Dog Skate" but it's complicated. 21 and up nights and family days with art projects(?) too
I remeber some kids talking about an an albatross show at a detro metro skating rink a couple years back. And that Moodyman night sounds awesome.

northland is real ill, on 8 mile. awesome dj and shit. he blast old school beastie boys when we showed up the first time, hahha. but i've never seen another white person there and sometimes it's A LOT of pressure.
but you should've seen danny d getting lesson's from this serious trickster. priceless!
